The staff were loyal; we had an easy check-in. On arrival the room was spotless. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Boston Pizza couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. Thank you for GREAT time here!

Loyal stuff, exceptional service. Located in a shopping part of the town. Nagano Sushi, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Comfortable beds in the rooms.
